How much does a website cost in Lebanon?

Most business websites in Lebanon cost between $1,000 and $4,000. Online stores run from about $1,500 to $9,000, and booking systems or custom web apps start around $5,000. Here is what moves a price up or down, what you keep paying after launch, and what I charge.

Prices at a glance

These ranges come from the prices Lebanese agencies and freelancers publish for 2025 and 2026, and from my own quotes. They are in US dollars, which is how most web projects in Lebanon are priced.

What actually changes the price

Why two quotes for the same site can be $400 and $4,000

A very low quote usually means one of three things: a template with your logo on it, a site set up on the developer's own hosting and accounts, or no help once it is live. None of these is wrong in itself, but you should know which one you are paying for. Before you compare quotes, ask each person:

The second question matters most. If the domain or hosting is in someone else's name, you do not fully own your website, and getting it back can be slow and expensive.

What you pay after launch

Freelancer or agency?

An agency gives you a team: designers, developers and a project manager, and usually a higher price to cover them. A freelancer gives you one person who does the work and answers the phone. For most small and medium businesses, one experienced person is enough, and costs less.

For a very large project, or one that needs many people working at the same time, an agency can make more sense. When a job needs more hands than I have, I say so before you sign anything. The full comparison, website builders included, is in freelancer, agency or website builder?

How I price a project

  1. A twenty minute call, where you tell me what the site needs to do.
  2. A written plan with a fixed price and a timeline, before any work starts.
  3. The build, with the domain, hosting and every account registered in your name.
  4. After launch, care and maintenance from $99 a month if you want it. It is optional.

My starting prices are $1,200 for a website, $2,000 for an online store, and $5,000 for a booking system, dashboard or SaaS. More pages or features cost more, and you know the exact number before anything starts. You can see what each one includes in services and prices, and what working with me looks like on the web developer in Lebanon page.

Questions people ask

Is a $300 website worth it?

It can be, for a simple page that only needs to exist. Check who owns the domain and the hosting, and what it costs when something needs changing. Cheap sites often become expensive later, when they have to be rebuilt from scratch.

Do I have to pay every month?

You pay for hosting and the domain whoever builds the site, because they keep it online. Care and maintenance is optional. Without it, you handle updates and fixes yourself or pay for each one as it comes up.

How long does a website take to build?

A business website usually takes a few weeks. Online stores and booking systems take longer, because there is more to build and test. With me, you get the timeline in writing together with the price.

Do you work with businesses outside Lebanon?

Yes. Most of my clients so far are in Dubai, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere. The prices on this page are my prices wherever you are.
