Mount Lebanon, working worldwide

Freelance web developer in Lebanon

I am Hadi Moussawi, a full stack web developer and IT manager based in Mount Lebanon. I build websites, online stores and booking systems for businesses, and then I stay on to keep them running. Nine years of it.

What I build, and what it costs

Websites

A custom site for your business, fast on every device, with every account registered in your name.

From $1,200

Online stores

Products, payments and orders, on a store you run yourself.

From $2,000

Booking systems, dashboards and SaaS

Classes, events or tables booked and paid online, the dashboards behind them, and CRMs built around how you work. Savant and Salmon Guru, above, are this kind of build.

From $5,000Depends on what it needs to do

Care and maintenance

Updates, backups and fixes, plus your email, domain and hosting managed, for a site I built or took over. One person who knows the code.

From $99 a month

IT management

Laptops, email, Microsoft business tools, the office network, backups and accounts, for small teams.

Quoted after a call

These are starting prices: more pages or features cost more, and every build gets a fixed price, written down before anything starts. For what these prices include and how they compare with the rest of the market, read how much a website costs in Lebanon.

Recent work

Most of my recent clients are in Dubai. The work is the same wherever the business is.

Why one developer instead of an agency

How it works

  1. A call. Twenty minutes. You tell me what is breaking or what you want built.
  2. A plan with a price on it. Written down, in plain words, before anything starts.
  3. Build, then I stay. The build has an end date. The running does not.

Based in Mount Lebanon, working anywhere

I work from Mount Lebanon with businesses in Lebanon and abroad. Most of my clients so far are in Dubai (more on working with Dubai businesses). Calls, plans and updates all happen remotely, and Lebanon's working day overlaps with both the Gulf and Europe.

Questions people ask

How much does a website cost in Lebanon?

Most business websites in Lebanon cost between $1,000 and $4,000, online stores from about $1,500 to $9,000, and booking systems from around $5,000. My websites start at $1,200. The full breakdown is in the price guide linked below.

Do I own everything?

Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting, the databases, every account. All of it registered in your name from the start, never mine. If anyone ever tells you they need to set it up under their own account, walk away.

Can you take over something someone else built?

Often, and it is a good part of my work. First I find out who actually holds the accounts and get them back to you. Then I read the code and tell you plainly whether it is worth keeping or whether you are better off rebuilding.

Can I hire you for only the IT side, or only the build?

Yes, either on its own. Most people come for one and end up wanting both, because the two halves keep handing problems to each other.

What happens if you disappear?

Everything lives in your accounts, documented, with access you control. If I vanished tomorrow, another developer could pick it up on day one. That is the standard I would want if I were paying.
