Working with a developer who is not in Dubai
- Same working day. Lebanon is one hour behind Dubai in summer and two hours behind in winter.
- Nothing needs a meeting room. A call, a written plan with the price, the build, and the handover all work the same remotely.
- Everything is yours. The domain, the hosting and every account are registered in your company's name, not mine, so where I sit never affects what you own.
- No Dubai overheads in the price. Agency quotes in Dubai carry office rent, licences and visas. Mine carries none of them.

Do you need to be in Dubai to build my website?
No. Everything from the first call to launch works remotely: the call, the written plan and price, the build, and the handover. Lebanon is one hour behind Dubai in summer and two hours behind in winter, so our working days overlap almost completely.
Do you quote in dirhams?
My prices are in US dollars. The dirham is pegged to the dollar, so the conversion never moves: websites start at $1,200, which is about AED 4,400.
How do Dubai agency prices compare?
Published prices from Dubai agencies put a small business website at roughly AED 7,000 to 55,000, and custom web apps from about AED 18,000 into six figures. The full breakdown is in the Dubai price guide linked below.
Do I own everything?
Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting, the databases, every account. All of it registered in your name from the start, never mine. If anyone ever tells you they need to set it up under their own account, walk away.
Can you take over something someone else built?
Often, and it is a good part of my work. First I find out who actually holds the accounts and get them back to you. Then I read the code and tell you plainly whether it is worth keeping or whether you are better off rebuilding.
